Refund policy

Attn Holiday Shoppers: Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th can be returned for store credit or exchanged until January 15th.

Returns & Exchanges:

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. However, please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for non-defective products, and shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at Support@FrostedKarats.com or use our website's live chat and provide your order number.

Once we receive your returned item(s), it will take up to 72 hours to process your request. We'll inspect the items for wear and tear or damage, and we won't be able to refund or exchange worn or damaged items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note the following items are final sale and not available for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Custom Jewelry
  • Solid 10k & 14k Gold Jewelry
  • Gift Cards
  • Made to order Products

Refunds (If Applicable)

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too so please allow 3-10 business days for for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can. However, please note that once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it can no longer be canceled.

  1. If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to offer store credit for the full amount. Cancellations for a refund are not available.

  2. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. We recommend reaching out to our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
